APPLICATION OF THESE GAME DETAILS: These Details, known as the “Game Details” shall apply to the Tik-Tac-Toe Millions Scratchee.com Instant Win Game identified below. By participating in this Game, you are bound by these Game Details, the Master Rules and the Terms of Service, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service and/or the Master Rules.

- ENTRY PERIOD: The Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on JANUARY 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on DECEMBER 31, 2026 or when all available 3,097,028 Scratchee Cards for this Game have been distributed, whichever is earlier.

- EXTENSION: The game may be extended beyond the end date if not all Scratchee Cards have been distributed.
Prize Payment Structure:
- The Grand Prize Winner will receive a total of $1,000,000, paid over 10 years.
- Payments are made twice per year, with $50,000 per payment (total $100,000 per year).
- Payments will be issued semi-annually, starting within thirty (30) days of winner verification, and thereafter on the same semi-annual schedule for the duration of the payment period.
Payment Terms:
- The first payment of $50,000 will be made within 30 days after the winner completes all required verification and tax documentation.
- Thereafter, $50,000 payments will be made every six (6) months on the same semi-annual schedule, until all 20 payments have been completed.
Transferability & Forfeiture:
- If the winner passes away during the payout period, the prize is non-transferable to an estate or other testamentary vehicle.
- The prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for a lump-sum cash alternative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
