APPLICATION OF THESE GAME DETAILS: These Details, known as the “Game Details” shall apply to the GOLDEN EMPRESS Scratchee.com Instant Win Game identified below. By participating in this Game, you are bound by these Game Details, the Master Rules and the Terms of Service, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service and/or the Master Rules.

- ENTRY PERIOD: The Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 23rd October 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 31st December 2025 or when all available 116,786 Scratchee Cards for this Game have been distributed, whichever is earlier.

Prize Payment Structure:
- The Grand Prize Winner will receive a total of $250,000, paid in five (5) equal annual instalments of $50,000 per year.
- Payments will be issued annually in the same anniversary period each year, beginning within 30 days of winner verification.
Payment Terms:
- The first payment of $50,000 will be made within 30 days after the winner completes all required verification and tax documentation.
- Subsequent payments of $50,000 will be issued on or around the same date each year for the next four (four) years.
Transferability & Forfeiture:
- If the winner passes away during the payout period, the prize is non-transferable to an estate or other testamentary vehicle.
- The prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for a lump-sum cash alternative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
