Why can’t I connect my bank account to withdraw my balance?

There are two places on Scratchee where you may want to use your bank account: Purchases and Withdrawals.

For Purchases:
Not all banks are supported for direct purchases. If your bank does not appear as an option, it means our payments provider does not currently support it.
You can still purchase instantly using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Apple Pay.

For Withdrawals:
Some banks cannot be linked for direct withdrawals. If your bank does not show, this means it is not currently supported by our provider.
As an alternative, you can always withdraw using a Prezzee Virtual VISA Gift Card, which starts at just $10 and arrives via email.
