Why are there missing Scratchee games?

From time to time, you may notice that some Scratchee games are not showing on our Promotions page.

Do not worry, this is not an error with your account. A Scratchee may occasionally need to be temporarily unavailable while we make fixes or updates, or because the game has been exhausted.

You can always see which Scratchees are currently available on our Promotions page.

If you already have a Scratchee sitting in My Scratchees that has been temporarily suspended, your Scratchee is still there. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the game to become available again, at which point you will be able to play it as normal.
