I tried to claim a promotion and it says I have purchased it too many times

Daily promotions are limited to one purchase per customer. If you see this message, it means you've already purchased that exact promotion.

You can check this yourself, just go to 'My Scratchees' and look for a pack with the same title as the one you're trying to buy. If it's there, that's the one you've already claimed.
