I activated my 2nd-Chance Scratchee and I lost but I did not receive my Scratchee?
Firstly, we need to check to see if you have used it on a product. When the 2nd-Chance scratchee is activated, it is used on your FIRST scratchee that is with the pack you purchased.
For example, if you purchased 3 x Fast Lane Rush Hour packages, it will apply to ONLY the first scratchee.
To see the result of this scratchee, click on “My Scratchees” and then scroll down to the results. In here, you can see all your previous results, including your most recent 2nd-Chance scratchee. It will uniquely show with the 2nd-Chance logo under the result (Win or Lose).
If you can see that this 2nd-Chance lost AND you did not receive a Scratchee in return still, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@scratchee.com and they will immediately fix the issue.
