1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are:
(a) 18 years of age or older, or
(b) the age of majority in their state of residence.

1.2 The following jurisdictions are excluded: Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Maine (ME), Michigan (MI), and New York (NY).

1.3 This offer is valid for new, first-time top-up customers only. Users who have previously topped up their account are not eligible.

1.4 Users accessing the platform from the same IP address, device, or network as another account may be disqualified from participating in this promotion.

2. Bonus Details

2.1 To qualify for the First Top-Up Bonus, the customer must:
(a) Top up their Scratchee account with a minimum of $10 in a single transaction.

2.2 Once qualified, the user will receive a 100% bonus in Scratchee Coins, up to a maximum of 100 SC ($100 in value).

2.3 Bonus Scratchee Coins will be automatically credited immediately after the qualifying top-up is completed and confirmed.

2.4 This bonus is issued as non-withdrawable promotional credit, redeemable only for eligible Vault Access and platform gameplay.

2.5 Cash winnings earned from gameplay using bonus credits may be withdrawn in accordance with Scratchee.com’s standard withdrawal policy.

3. Limitations

3.1 This offer is limited to one redemption per user, household, IP address, or device.

3.2 Scratchee.com reserves the right to revoke or adjust bonus rewards if users attempt to circumvent eligibility rules or terms.

4. Fraud & Abuse

4.1 Scratchee.com uses advanced fraud prevention tools and behavioral analytics to monitor for abuse.

4.2 The following actions will result in immediate disqualification and possible account suspension:

  • (a) Creating multiple accounts to self-claim bonuses

  • (b) Use of VPNs, emulators, or spoofing tools to mask identity or location

  • (c) Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unverifiable payment methods

  • (d) Any attempt to manipulate the bonus process through deception or automation

4.3 Bonus eligibility is monitored through device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and behavioral scoring. Suspicious activity may result in disqualification without notice.

4.4 Scratchee.com’s automated verification system will automatically reject users who do not meet these Terms.

4.5 Accounts originating from the same household, shared device, or network (as reasonably determined through fingerprinting) may be disqualified at Scratchee.com's sole discretion.

4.6 Excessive bonus activity across linked accounts or short timeframes may trigger review or withholding of rewards pending investigation.

4.7 Scratchee.com may require users to complete identity verification before releasing any rewards or winnings if abnormal usage is detected.

5. Legal & Taxes

5.1 This promotion is governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.

5.2 Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.

5.3 Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards or winnings.
