No, coins that are given as a part of any Scratchee promotion are not able to be withdrawn until they are turned over.
What do we mean by turned over - you must use the bonus scratch coins to purchase more access to the Vault and access your bonus Scratchees.
If you win on a Scratchee purchased with bonus Scratch Coins, you can withdraw that balance.
