My Scratchee said “Bad URL” and would not work. How do I fix that?
If you see a “Bad URL” error when trying to open your Scratchee, it usually means our website was undergoing maintenance or updates at the time. When this happens, some Scratchees may not load properly until the site is back live again.
What to do:
- Wait a short time until the website is live again.
- Log in to your Scratchee account.
- Go to My Scratch Cards.
- Find the Scratchee that showed the error.
- Click Ready To Play to open it again.
In most cases, the Scratchee will now work correctly once the website is fully live.
If the problem continues:
- Occasionally, a Scratchee may not display correctly even after the site is live. If that happens, our team will replace it for you.
- Simply contact us at hello@scratchee.com and include a screenshot of the error so we can review and re-issue your Scratchee if needed.
