Why is it telling me that my location isn’t allowed on Scratchee?

Scratchee is available in most US states, but there are some where we are unable to operate due to state sweepstakes laws. If you are in one of the restricted states, you will not be able to access the website or play our promotions.

Restricted states:
Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.

If you are not located in one of these states but are still seeing the “location not allowed” message, it may be caused by your device or browser not sharing your correct location. To fix this, try the following:

  1. Make sure location services are turned on for your device and browser.

  2. Log out, clear your cache, and log back in.

  3. If you are using a VPN, turn it off, as it may make it look like you are in a restricted state.
