Why has my account been suspended?

From time to time, Scratchee accounts may be placed under a standard compliance review. These reviews are a routine part of our security process and do not necessarily mean you have done anything wrong.

While your account is under review:

• Deposits, withdrawals, and promotions will be paused.

• The review is typically completed within 5 to 10 business days.

• Once finished, you will receive an email from our compliance team with the outcome.

We cannot provide more detail while the review is in progress, but please be assured our team will contact you as soon as it is complete.
