Why can’t I verify my bank account to withdraw my Scratch Coins?

Bank account verification may not always go through successfully. This can happen for a couple of reasons:

1. Your bank is not supported
   Not all US banks are supported by our payments provider. If your bank is not listed or cannot be verified, it means it is not currently available for direct withdrawals.
2. Mismatched or incomplete details
   Verification will fail if the name, account number, or routing number do not exactly match your bank account records. Double check your details before trying again.

Alternative option
If your bank cannot be verified, you can always withdraw using a Prezzee Virtual VISA Card. This option starts at $10 and is emailed directly to you once your withdrawal is processed.
