What documents do I need to provide?

You’ll need to complete two steps:

Step 1 – Proof of Payment (screenshot)

• A screenshot from your online or mobile banking showing:
  • Your full name
  • The last 4 digits of the card or bank account used
  • Your Scratchee transaction (date + amount)
• Accepted formats: JPG or PNG only

Step 2 – Bank or Card Statement (PDF only, ≤ 3 months old)

• Must show your full name
• The first six and last four digits of the account or card
• Official bank or card issuer branding
• Statement date within the last 3 months
• Accepted format: PDF only (no images or photos)
