User-Submitted Content Rights

By submitting a video to Scratchee.com, you grant Scratchee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and distribute your content in any paid media (including digital ads, social media ads, display, and video advertising) for a period of 12 months from the date of submission. This includes the right to cut, caption, or otherwise modify the content to suit the platform or campaign. You confirm that you own the rights to all content submitted and that its use will not infringe any third-party rights
