My promo code does not work

If your promo code is not working, it is usually for one of the following reasons:

1. The promo code has expired

Promo codes are only valid for a limited time. If the promotion period has ended, the code will no longer be accepted.

2. The promo code was not issued by one of our partners

Scratchee promo codes are only distributed through our official partners. Codes shared outside of those channels will not be valid.

3. You are not eligible for the offer

Some promo codes are limited to new customers signing up for the first time, or to customers making their very first Top-Up. If you have already signed up or topped up, the code will not apply.


What to do next

  • Double check you entered the code correctly.
  • Confirm that the promotion is still active.
