# My friend joined, but I didn't get my bonus Scratchee. What now?

Your bonus Fast Lane Turbo Scratchee arrives once your friend has completed both steps. If it’s not showing yet, check the following:

1. **Did your friend sign up using your referral link?** Your referral link is the one from **Earn More Scratchees** in the menu, and it starts with scratchee.com/lp/refer-a-friend. If you sent the scratchee.com homepage address, the sign-up isn’t linked to you and won’t count.
2. **Has your friend picked up an Access Pack?** Signing up on its own isn’t enough. Your friend also needs to go to **Promotions** in the menu and pick up an Access Pack that includes a complimentary Scratchee.

If your friend has done both, you’ll each receive a bonus Fast Lane Turbo Scratchee. Please keep in mind it can sometimes take a few hours for your bonus Scratchees to arrive.

Still not showing after a few hours? Go to Contact Us in the menu and our support team will look into it for you.
