My first scratchee lost and I didn’t receive any cashback?
The risk-free cashback is applied instantly if your very first Scratchee on Scratchee.com loses. The value of your first Access Pack (up to $25) is credited straight back into your account so you can play again.
If you did not receive cashback, it is usually for one of two reasons:
- It wasn’t your first-ever Scratchee
The risk-free offer only applies to your first-ever Scratchee on Scratchee.com. Any later Scratchees are not covered by this promotion.
- To check, log in to your account and go to My Scratch Cards.
- If you see more than one Scratchee listed, then your first Scratchee has already been played and the risk-free offer no longer applies.
- A technical error occurred
In rare cases, a tech error may prevent the cashback from being applied. If this happens, please contact us at hello@scratchee.com and our team will review your account and correct it if needed.
Tip: Refresh your page after your first Scratchee. The cashback should show instantly in your balance if you lost.
