My first scratchee lost and I didn’t receive another one back?
If your first Scratchee loses, you'll instantly receive another Scratchee of the same game to play again — for free.
For example: if your first Scratchee is Rush Hour and it loses, you'll instantly get another Rush Hour Scratchee to play. If that one wins, your winnings load straight into your account and no additional Scratchee is issued — you keep the win instead.
If you didn't receive a replacement Scratchee, it's usually for one of two reasons:
1. It wasn't your first-ever Scratchee
This only applies to your first-ever Scratchee on Scratchee.com. Any Scratchees played after that aren't covered.
- To check, log in to your account and go to "My Scratchees"
- If you see more than one Scratchee listed, your first Scratchee has already been played and this no longer applies
2. A technical error occurred
In rare cases, a tech error can prevent the replacement Scratchee from being issued. If this happens, contact us at hello@scratchee.com and our team will review your account and correct it if needed.
Tip: Refresh your page after your first Scratchee. If you lost, your replacement Scratchee should appear instantly in "My Scratchees."
