# I tried to claim a deal in the Savings HUB and it didn't work

If a deal in the Savings Hub won't claim, here's what to check first:

- **Your Access Pack window** — deals are only claimable while your current Access Pack access is active. If it's expired, you'll need a new Access Pack to unlock the Hub again.
- **Your connection** — a patchy connection can interrupt the claim before it completes. Try refreshing the page or switching networks.
- **Deal availability** — some deals are limited and can run out if a lot of members claim at once.

If you've checked all of the above and it's still not working, email our support team at hello@scratchee.com with the deal name and roughly what time you tried to claim it, and we'll sort it out for you as well as fix the issue associated with your account.
