I still haven’t received my withdrawal

Withdrawal times can vary depending on the method you selected and whether your bank supports instant payments.

Bank Transfers:

  • If your bank supports Real-Time Payments (RTP), your funds should arrive instantly.
    If your bank does not support RTP and you submitted your withdrawal before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, your funds usually arrive the same day.
  • If your request was after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, your funds typically arrive the next business day.
  • Some banks do not process incoming transfers on weekends, which can add extra delay.

Prezzee Virtual VISA Card:

  • Processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days, although it can often be faster.
  • Once complete, you will receive an email from Prezzee with your card details. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
