If your bank does not support RTP and you submitted your withdrawal before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, your funds may arrive the same day. - If your request was after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, your funds typically arrive the next business day. - Some banks do not process incoming transfers on weekends, which can add extra delay. **Prezzee Smart eGift Card:** - Processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days, although it can often be faster. - Once complete, you will receive an email from Prezzee with your card details.
