I just made a withdrawal. Why has it not hit my account yet?

Withdrawals do not always arrive instantly — the timing depends on the withdrawal method you chose and whether your bank supports instant payments.


Bank Transfers:

  • Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to process.
  • If your bank supports Real-Time Payments (RTP), your funds may arrive instantly.
    If your bank does not support RTP and you submitted your withdrawal before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, your funds may arrive the same day.
  • If your request was after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, your funds typically arrive the next business day.
  • Some banks do not process incoming transfers on weekends, which can add extra delay.

Prezzee Smart eGift Card:

  • Processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days, although it can often be faster.
  • Once complete, you will receive an email from Prezzee with your card details. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

 

Wire Transfers:

  • This withdrawal option is only available for amounts above $499
  • Due to it being a larger sum of money, this process can take up to 5+ business days to fully process and land in your chosen account
  • If it has been longer than 5 business days since your withdrawal request, contact us at hello@scratchee.com and our customer service team can explain why.
