I just made a withdrawal. Why has it not hit my account yet?

Withdrawals do not always arrive instantly — the timing depends on the withdrawal method you chose and whether your bank supports instant payments.

Bank Transfers:

• If your bank supports Real-Time Payments (RTP), funds usually arrive instantly.
• If your bank does not support RTP and your withdrawal was submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, it will usually arrive the same day.
• If your withdrawal was after 2:00 PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, it will usually arrive the next business day.
• Some banks do not process incoming transfers on weekends, which can add extra delay.

• Processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days, although in many cases it is much faster.
