# How long does it take until I receive my Prezzee Smart eGift Card?

When you request a withdrawal using the Prezzee Smart eGift Card, your redemption is processed by our team before being sent to Prezzee.

**Timing:**

- Processing usually takes 2 to 3 business days
- In many cases, the card is delivered much faster
- Once complete, you will receive an email directly from Prezzee with your VISA card details and instructions to claim it

**Things to keep in mind:**

- Make sure you check your spam or promotions folder, as the Prezzee email can sometimes land there
- Redemptions are not processed on weekends or holidays, so this can add extra time if your request was made then
