How do I remove a payment method?

Unfortunately you cannot delete a payment option on Scratchee.com. This is done manually via our third party payment provider for safety reasons.

Please contact us at hello@scratchee.com to do so. Our friendly Customer Service team will personally assist you through our 3rd party payment provider in order to remove your payment method.

Expect a total of 5 business days to turn this around after your request.
