# How do I get my account unsuspended?

If your Scratchee account has been suspended, it is usually because it is under a **standard compliance review.** These reviews are part of our security process and help ensure accounts meet the requirements of US sweepstakes laws.

**While under review:**

- Your deposits, withdrawals, and promotions will be paused.

- **Reviews normally take 5 to 10 business days to complete.**

- Once finished, you will receive an email from our compliance team with the outcome.

**How to get your account unsuspended:**  
You do not need to take any action to start the review — our team will complete it automatically. Once it is complete, you will receive an email with the result and your account may be reactivated if all checks are satisfied.
