How do I get my account unsuspended?

If your Scratchee account has been suspended, it is usually because it is under a standard compliance review. These reviews are part of our security process and help ensure accounts meet the requirements of US sweepstakes laws.

While under review:

• Your deposits, withdrawals, and promotions will be paused.

• Reviews normally take 5 to 10 business days to complete.
