How do I complete a withdrawal using Bank Transfer?

Withdrawing by bank transfer is simple, but the steps and timing depend on whether your bank supports instant payments.

Steps to withdraw by Bank Transfer:

1. Log in to your Scratchee account
2. Go to the Withdraw tab
3. Choose Bank Transfer as your withdrawal option
4. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw (note that higher minimums apply to bank transfers)
5. Add and verify your bank account details
6. Submit your request

Timing:

• If your bank supports Real-Time Payments (RTP), funds usually arrive instantly
• If your bank does not support RTP and your request is made before 2:00 PM EST on a business day, funds typically arrive the same day
• If your request is made after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, funds usually arrive the next business day
• Some banks do not process incoming transfers on weekends, which can add a delay
