Promotional Feature Terms (Addendum to Master Rules)

This section forms part of, and is governed by, the Scratchee.com Master Instant Win Game Rules (“Master Rules”).
In the event of any conflict, the Master Rules and applicable Game Details control.

1. What is Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance?

Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance is a promotional feature available on select Scratchee Games where expressly indicated in the applicable Game Details or checkout experience.

If a Participant’s initial Scratchee Card does not reveal a winning outcome, Scratchee may award one (1) bonus Scratchee Card for the same Game (the “2nd-Chance Card”), subject to these Terms.

The 2nd-Chance Card:

Is for the same Game
Uses the same prize pool
Has the same odds of winning
Appears instantly in My Scratchees once triggered

2. Eligibility & Availability

Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance is:

Available only to eligible Participants under the Master Rules
Available only on Eligible Games explicitly marked as supporting Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance
Optional and must be actively enabled at checkout where offered
Limited to one (1) 2nd-Chance per Participant per day

Void where prohibited.

3. How Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Works

Step 1 — Enable
For Eligible Games, Participants may opt in to Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance at checkout.

Step 2 — Play
The Participant plays the Scratchee Card as normal.

Step 3 — Trigger
If the initial Scratchee Card does not win, one (1) Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Card is automatically added to My Scratchees.

Step 4 — Daily Reset
Participants may receive one (1) Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance per day, resetting at:
3:00 AM Eastern Time (ET)

Unused Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Cards do not roll over.

4. Nature of the 2nd-Chance Card

The Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Card:

Is a bonus promotional play
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed outside the applicable Game
Must be played within the applicable Game’s Entry Period and play window as defined in the Master Rules

The 2nd-Chance Card does not alter:

Prize amounts
Odds of winning
Validation requirements
Redemption thresholds

5. Odds, Prizes & Validation

Odds and prize details for the Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Card are identical to the original Game and are disclosed in the applicable Game Details.

All winning outcomes remain subject to verification and validation in accordance with the Master Rules.

A Participant is not a winner unless and until confirmed by the Sponsor.

6. Limits, Expiry & Forfeiture

Maximum of one (1) Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance per Participant per day
Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance Cards expire in accordance with the underlying Game’s Entry Period and play deadlines

Cards may be forfeited if:

An Account is deactivated
Abuse or misuse is detected
The Game concludes or inventory is exhausted

7. Abuse & Fair Play

Scratchee reserves the right to revoke or withhold Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance access where it reasonably determines there has been:

Attempted circumvention of daily limits
Automated play or scripting
Multiple account abuse
Misuse of Games or promotional features
Violation of the Master Rules or Terms of Service

8. Modification or Termination

Scratchee may modify, suspend, or discontinue Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance:

At any time
With or without notice
Without affecting previously validated winning outcomes

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Relationship to AMOE

The Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) described in the Master Rules remains fully available for participation in Scratchee Games.

Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance is a promotional gameplay feature and does not independently constitute a method of entry.

Daily Risk-Free 2nd-Chance is governed by:
