I didn't get credited my 2nd Chance, what happened?

If you scratched a Scratchee, didn't win, and didn't get a 2nd Chance attempt, here's what to check:

  • Did you claim your 2nd Chance on that Scratchee? - 2nd Chance needs to be claimed before it applies. See HERE for the steps.

  • Have you already used your 2nd Chance for the day? - You get one 2nd Chance per day. If you've already played one today, on any Scratchee, you won't see another until it resets.
  • Check My Scratchees - Go to 'My Scratchees' and find the game in question, you'll be able to see whether a 2nd Chance was claimed and played on that card.
  • When does it reset? Your 2nd Chance allowance refreshes once every day (at 3am ET), so if you've used yours, you'll have a new one available the next day.

If you've checked all of the above and still believe you were owed a 2nd Chance that didn't credit, email us at hello@scratchee.com with the Scratchee name and the date, and we'll take a look at your account.
