I can’t find my Scratchee?

To find your scratchee, follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your Scratchee account (HERE)
2. Click on "My Scratch Cards"
3. You should see your Scratchee waiting for you in here
4. Click "Play Now"
5. Scratch your win!

If you continue having trouble locating your scratchee or believe you are missing a scratchee in your account, please email us at hello@scratchee.com and our customer service team will respond within 12 hours.
